Shenkman, 68, takes this break from his practice each year to devote time and resources to helping bring the tenets of basic estate planning to those who likely need it the most. He and his wife make this annual RV trip as a celebration and to give back to the practice arena to which he has dedicated his career. Shenkman is widely known for his timely and topical educational webinars in conjunction with his role as an InterActive Legal Advisor. He is often first to market with breaking news and information aimed at educating other estate planning attorneys about law changes and the shifting landscape of tax rules and regulations.
