Ian received his A.A. degree in 2014 from Eastern Florida State College. With over 10 years of customer service experience, he joined the InterActive Legal team in 2019, providing technical support for ILS and its users. 

Outside of work, Ian enjoys reading, going to the movies, and playing guitar.
